My story with We Oversee actually began on the other side—I started out as a client myself. When I began investing in short-term rental properties in Sunset Beach, NC, I wanted the flexibility of self-managing but didn’t live locally. That meant I needed reliable, local boots-on-the-ground support.

That conversation turned into a plan—and eventually, the launch of We Oversee North Myrtle Beach, serving the entire Grand Strand area.
