How it Works

We Oversee is here to take care of your home’s maintenance and repair needs as well as services for your renters. Every owner/member has their own private owner’s portal where maintenance or service requests are entered, prioritized and paid.

You work directly with and pay ONE partner for all of your home maintenance & service needs! 

Within this portal, owners can:

• Easily submit a repair or service request. 
• Upload pictures to your work request. 
• View job “before and after” pictures uploaded by our team of technicians or cleaners.
• Create a “Honey-Do” list of items you would like for a We Oversee technician to complete.
• View or print your services and invoice history of all work performed for tax or personal records.

Owners can also elect for renters to contact We Oversee directly to handle small issues.
